Yes, we are still waiting. I have put off posting because each day I expect to post our LOA. Tom told me that I need to update anyway, so here's letting everyone know that life is still good at the Amlung home. Grace and Lia are doing so well with their schooling this year. AnneMarie is doing well at her new school situation - a home school extension program called PEP (Providence Extension Program) that is very challenging. Kayla is enjoying ballet, modern dance, and sign language, along with all of her usual activities (school, babysitting, and prayer leading).
We are considering keeping Mei Xiang's name from China, since it is so beautiful, and simply using an American spelling. Here it is as close as we can come: Mayshi-An What do you think? Do you think people will get the pronunciation (may-she - ahn) and not say the last syllable as "Anne"? We would also give her an American middle name so that she could choose to use that if she wants.
Thanks for your continued prayers for us and for our lovely daughter who waits for us - particularly for the LOA to arrive soon (like now). Many blessings!
