Another milestone

Today we received the final documents that we need to mail off to get them all authenticated. The CIS approval came Friday, and our original signed and sealed homestudy we picked up today. Now they are off to the Ohio Secretary of State and then the NY Chinese Consulate for further authentication. We are hoping to have everything back and ready to send to our agency before the end of next week. Why is it important to get them in fast? Because the "dossier to China" date sets the clock ticking for the time we will have to wait to get our next approval - the one that will set the next clock ticking for our Travel Approval.
Special thanks to our great adoption buddy, Rhonda (aka Liana's mom) who is helping us expedite our documents in Columbus!)
Thanks for all your prayers! I really need them as we finish up this process. I want to rest in God's peace and not worry so much about stuff.
Keep praying for Mei Xiang. Most of her friends will have their families come get them in July! So she will have a long wait for us ... We hope we could possibly travel in October! But there's still the possibility of waiting all the way to December.
Blessings to all!
